The Exchange is being designed for clear reading, keyboard use, mobile screens and assistive technology.
Our approach
We use plain English, descriptive headings, visible focus states, labelled controls, strong colour contrast and layouts that respond to text size and smaller screens.
Information accessibility
Organisation listings are structured to surface practical access details, including physical accessibility, eligibility, costs, booking requirements and alternative contact routes.
